LAPD shot a pet dog in the eye. They should be fired & pay the the vet bill.

The police shot a dog for walking toward the owner's daughter and they shot him in the eye. The damage done was extensive. Drake not only suffered the loss of an eye but shattered bones in his face and his nasel cavity was destroyed. The police must not be allowed to get away with this injustice. They should investigate this matter further and pay the vet bills that ran into the thousands. 

The police must learn their are consequences for their actions or they will continue to abuse their authority and other beloved pets will be disfigured or killed.
