Provide medical care for Rohingyan refugees

"We were starving and only survived by eating the leaves of the trees. We slept in the bush."

Humaira is a 25-year-old Rohingya woman who lost her husband and was forced to flee when violence broke out in her hometown. Due to give birth soon, she walked towards Bangladesh for days with her seven-year-old son.

While boarding a boat to make the crossing, she went into labour. Ruzina, a baby girl, was born. Humaira struggled to breastfeed Ruzina. As a result, Ruzina became malnourished and weak.

Medecins Sans Frontieres is on the ground providing medical care to people like Humaira, but we can't do this important work alone.

Sign the pledge to join MSF AUS and help women like Humaira receive the support and medical assistance they need!
