Every person, upon entering the US military, police, and public service swear an oath to protect and defend the constitution of the USA. With this petition we intend to remind all public servants of their oath to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic and their duty to honor it.
We The People of these United States do proclaim and declare that the Constitution and Bill of Rights are the Supreme Law of the Land, and as Free Born and Naturalized citizens we will support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic who would circumvent our Constitutional Rights.
Be it known: These Rights are not priviledges but inalienable Rights, which are God given.
We the undersigned do hereby pledge our support, wealth, and life to secure these Rights should the Federal government attempt to strip away these Rights by enacting laws, which clearly violate the Constitution and Bill of Rights, such laws will be void. (See: Marbury vs. James Maddison 1803).
We the following join in petitioning the United States government to adhere to our Founding Fathers Principles in the establishment of a Republic and not a democracy.
That the three branches of government perform their duties in accordance with the Constitution and that any laws which violates the Constitution is null and void.
Congress shall review the Executive branches' issuance of Executive orders and a vote by the House and Senate shall ensure the legitimacy of said orders. Failure to vote on these Executive orders gives the Executive branch undue and far reaching powers.
We remind the elected public servants in the United States government of their Sworn duty to protect and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and the breach of this oath will no longer be taken lightly. We the people will use our Constitutional Rights to recall and impeach those who
violate the public trust.
