270,000 Vulnerable Syrians Need Your Help Now

Since the fighting began in Syria last March, some 270,000 people, mostly women and children, have fled for their lives, seeking refuge in neighboring countries, where Doctors of the World is meeting their medical needs in temporary health centers.

We are providing desperately needed medical services, supplies and equipment to Syrian refugees right now. We are also supporting Syrian doctors and positioning medical supplies on the Syrian borders to be ready to deploy and use once we are able to enter the country.

Many of these refugees also experienced the horror of watching loved ones maimed and killed. For these traumatized victims, we are also providing psychological care.

You can help them by telling the world about their plight. The situation in Syria changes daily. But we can help right now.

I pledge to spread the word and speak up on behalf of these vulnerable people.
