Stop Corporate Welfare

There was more meddling by wealthy individuals and corporate interests in the 2012 election than in any since the Gilded Age -- and it usually comes at the expense of hardworking families.

For example, how did pharmaceutical giant Amgen end up with a huge giveaway from Medicare in the fiscal cliff fight, while every penny was so tightly contested that even earned benefits for working Americans were threatened?

Hint: Amgen leveraged 74 Washington, D.C. lobbyists to get that corporate welfare.

With more fiscal fights ahead, we need to tell Congress now: Stop unfair loopholes corporations get at the expense of hardworking families.

At Progressives United, fighting these fights is what we do. Sign our petition to end unfair corporate welfare and join us to reverse the tide of corporate spending, united.
