The factory in the northern port of Tianjin is being set up by Chinese biotechnology firm Boyalife and South Korea's Sooam Biotech. Mr Xu Chief executive of Boyalife said it would produce 100,000 cattle yearly in the “first phase” and a million per year by the second phase, for the production of beef. Animal cloning for meat and dairy production is just insane as both are killing industries, where cows are abused their whole life finally slaughtered at the age of 4-5 and new born male calves are slaughtered or live a life full of misery up-to 10-12 months before slaughtering. Cows have a life span of 15 years. These animals are being slaughtered and other heinous practices are being performed on them while fully conscious.

It also plans to indulge in cloning of race horses.These horses are exploited during their lives. Many race horses died during races. Once these horses cannot race, they are being sent to slaughtered where they are brutally killed. Horses have a life span of 25-30 years.

Everyone has the right to live their full life span without any abuse.

Giving life just to kill and life full of misery is totally insane. Animals through which clones are born are exploited during the process. Everyone has the right to live their full life span without any abuse and misery.
