DEMAND a National Animal Abuse Registry & FULL Psychological Testing for EVERYONE who wants to adopt

I am asking EVERYONE/ANYONE to please help support this VERY important issue!

There are actually 2. The first being a National Registry for abused and killed animals irregardless of the species and the second being a FULL psychological and background check when adopting ANY animal! Lastly, if ANY person is convicted of ANY form of animal abuse, they are to be fined, have their assets civilly seized (to be put into an animal welfare fund), and be forced to conduct hundreds of hours helping animals under VERY close supervision! Their pictures should also be posted on various social media sites as well. This would at the very least curb the rampant animal abuse that is plaguing our country!
