Help Conquer All Cancer

This year, 1.6 million Americans will face a cancer diagnosis. Over the course of our lifetimes, one in three American women and one in two American men will hear the words ‘you have cancer,’ and some will hear it more than once. Our families and friends will be touched by many types of cancer - from the common to the very rare.

We cannot afford to narrowly focus on conquering only one type of cancer. To build a world free from the fear of cancer we need to pursue advances against every cancer type so that every patient can benefit, even those with rare, often overlooked cancers. We must focus on every moment cancer touches people’s lives – from prevention and diagnosis through treatment and survivorship.

Sound like an enormous challenge? It is. But it’s a challenge we can’t afford to turn away from.
