On December with willful knowledge City of Altus Council Members violated the Oklahoma Open Meetung Act. Agenda item number 18 misrepresentive the intent of an exacutive sesion. Agenda item stated it was being held for the purpose of City Manager Performa

Intentional Violation of Oklahoma Meeting Act occurred so a contract change could be made without the citizen of Altus knowing about it. State Law has been broken. We do not know how many time simular action has been taken. All council members who voted in a positive manner should be removed from office. This action will prevent this type of action will not happen again.
