Request for more trash cans in the bike paths of Annie's Glen leading up to the horse shoe pits of Sycamore pool, more recycling bins on these paths and at One Mile Recreation Center, as well as dog bag dispensers added all around the area.

Although the Chico community treasures Bidwell park and its beauty, the amount of waste and trash found around the area has become unacceptable. We believe this is due to the minuscule amount of trash cans found throughout the bike paths, the lack of access to recycling bins, and the fact that there are no dog bag dispensers located in this part of the park at all. We believe keeping the park clean is in the hands of the community, but the city needs to make these necessary investments to make keeping the park clean a part of Chico's culture.
