Remove dangerious persons from neighborhood due to drug use, drug possession, pubic indecently, stea

these two people need to be removed from the city of Rancho Codova. They are dangerious to the neighborhood, the tax paying residents and the children of the neighborhood. They are habitual drug users, they steal, destroy property, public indecency, sleep and have sex in their vehicle, they store stolen goods in the bushes, and use bushes as their own personal toilet.
