Ask UE financial support for private dog shelters. Local authorities from public shelthers kill them after 14 days.

UE is giving to the gouvernement milions of euros to solve the situation of stray dogs in Romania. In reality the authorities are caching dogs on the streets and put them in horrible conditions, not enough food, small cages outside. No matter the weather, rain,snow or + 40° Celsius. They are not treated for the illnes some may have, they also aren' t spayed or neutred. The money that UE gives to all local authorities, goes to their pocket. The corruption in Romania is so big, and poor little souls are suffering for this.

My request is: provide financial support for private shelters and help build new ones. Good people want to help, but do not have the money to start with. This could make a huge difference from what is now. You shold know in a private shelther you have transparency, no corruption, people who really care about animals and offer them the best conditions. A private shelther could fullfil the condition that UE is asking.
