Shame On You, Joe Wilson

As President Obama addressed a joint session of Congress on the need for health insurance reform, Republican Congressman Joe Wilson of South Carolina actually screamed out "you lie" on the House floor in front of the full Congress and the entire nation.

President Obama called on Congress to act on health insurance reform but also to echo the words of the late Senator Ted Kennedy by showing the "character of our country." And this is how House Republicans respond?

Disrespecting the President before the eyes of the nation and just at the moment when President Obama was offering his solution to the greatest challenge of our time is truly an outrage.

As President Obama said during his speech, "If you misrepresent what's in the plan, we will call you out." Start right now with Congressman Joe Wilson. Tell Representatve Wilson: Shame on you!
Dear Representative Wilson,

Shame on you for your outrageous conduct during President Obama's prime-time address to the joint session of Congress on the need for health insurance reform.

President Obama called on Congress to act on health insurance reform but also to echo the words of the late Senator Ted Kennedy by showing the "character of our country." And this is how you respond?

You should be ashamed of your disrespectful conduct.
