We the Customers of Bingo at fort McDowell Casino demand a hearing of the wrongful termination of Michelle Thomas

This petition is in support of Michelle Thomas and against her wrongful termination by Fort McDowell Casino.

Michelle is a single mother of 8 and was a very dedicated employee. In the three years Michelle work for the casino she brought much joy to so many of the customers. Michelle was a model employee she never called in, she came in everyday smiling, she takes pride in her work and always went over and beyond for the customers. Michelle was the hardest and best worker that Fort McDowell has ever had.

However due to someone else's error Michelle was terminated. Michelle went higher in her chain of command to complain about wrong doings such as forgery, an inappropriate sexual gesture and policies and procedures that were not being followed. Fort McDowell has an open door policy and that no reputation will come to those that choose to use it. However, rather than dealing with issues they terminated Michelle.

There are laws that protect people against wrongful termination when serious issues arise. Michelle should have not been terminated for doing her job and protecting the Casino. Many of your customer's are outraged and we are asking that a thorough investigation should be done and that Michelle's job should be reinstated.
