The Early Morel is lethal as fresh BUT the best fungus ever but you have to know how to handle it.
You must have a very good extractor fan or the best way is to cook it outside if possible. The Early Morel is so poisonous that you have to cook it five times and rinse every time and put new water. I like it that way. The easier way is to let then dry hanged into kitchen and the poison is going away. I want to be SURE and that's why I cook it five times.

When you after that make fx Morel soup or any kind of food , I quarantee you never got better.

As the name says the Early morel comes very early at spiring time and the best places to find them are: Places where are made some wood work and there is ”Saw Flour”or or sand also.

I got ones from my cousins wife these funguses but I didn't trust because she is lazy and I decided to cook them again; and what happened, I put them into a kettle and what happed: white poison came out from them. I cooked them twice more and then made food of them.
