The unsustainable pressure on building homes in billericay area by developers by the Basildon borough council opting out of the infrastructure levy law for small sized back garden plotsand greenelt  is having real impact on Billericay and wickford, parts of Basildon which is disgusting and needs to be addressed by Basildon Borough council planning department which are not protecting the urban residential areas from height of adjacent boundaries, of properties and overdevelopment of plots
