Demand That The Trump Administration Stops the Extremely Abusive Treatment of Migrant and Immigrant Children Now!

The reports of the children of undocumented immigrants being thrown in cages by U.S. Border Patrol, and being denied their basic rights sound like they are from some dystopian horror movie. However, these inhumanities are frighteningly real, and they are being committed by the government of the very same country that claims to have "liberty and justice for all". The Trump Administration has been the most anti-humanitarian presidential administration in U.S. history because they have allowed for people who are seeking asylum (which is legal according to international law) to be forced into concentration camps. Immigrant children are cruelly denied their basic human rights, including but not limited to clean water, nutritious meals, clean living quarters, access to quality medical care, toothpaste, and toilet paper. Moreover, border patrol agents abuse these innocent people to such a horrific degree, that sexual assaults and beatings against immigrants are not unheard of. This blatantly racist, Nazi-like system of oppression has been condemned by millions of people - including immigration advocacy organizations, Democratic politicians, policy experts, activists, celebrities, survivors of the Holocaust, and everyday citizens. Despite all of this fierce opposition against the cruel dehumanization of immigrants and people who are seeking asylum, the Trump Administration is still barging ahead with ghastly cruelty. The stupid excuse of Trump's enablers for this seething scar in America's history is, "well they should have come here legally" - this type of violent xenophobia and hatred is exactly what led to the Holocaust, in which millions upon millions of innocent people were senselessly murdered by a hateful, fascist government, simply for being different. Now is the time to speak up and end this cruelty. It is time that everyone rises up and demands that the Trump Administration stop committing crimes against humanity. Any action that can be taken against these perpetrators of oppression, such as condemnation from the United Nations, should be taken. In the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a passionate hero who stood up for the civil rights of people of color, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere".
