Curb the strength of arrogant multi nationals by demanding a change in their care structures or be boycotted

Daily I receive appeals for help and solidarity with a cause. These causes are normally creat. ed by insensitive governments and multi national companys , Either we start to campaign against undesirable structures within their setups or we BOYCOTT them.
I ordered two books off Amazon on 17 april, delivery was promised 3 to 18 may, I have come out of hospital and am bed bound and have no books. I have enquired and been told in a glib fashion that I can have my money back, trouble is that I want my book and they dont even have the decency to chase them. I suggest we write a letter to Amazon´s CEO demanding a proper complaints system, a clear, non confusing system of attending to clients requests or we stop using them and will advise all our contacts to do likewise. thanks
