Demand airlines to upgrade compensation

Flight delays and cancellations can ruin holidays and cost passengers hundreds of pounds. But to add insult to injury, claiming compensation can be difficult, time-consuming and you could end up sharing your payout with claims management companies.

This is unacceptable.

We're calling on all airlines to do more than just the bare minimum. They should automatically compensate passengers who suffer delays and cancellations so that they get what they're entitled to swiftly.
