3 days or DIE--Give animals brought in to local county animal services longer to be found, adopted o

If you are a cat or dog picked up or brought to Pasco County Animal Services who is a "kill shelter" and "euthanizes daily" you have 72 hours to be saved or you will be euthanized based on "space, aggression, or illness".
It is important to note that a dog who  sneezes or growls is labeled "ill" or "aggressive".  They have no warmth, no bedding, laying in and on their own feces, and are shivering, shaking and scared.  Myself and others have personally witnessed this at Pasco County Animal Services as early as 2 weeks ago (when it was 40 degrees at night) and were told "we do what we can".  Unacceptable. This is 2013. These animals deserve better treatment and longer times.   These animals were sad and miserable in the back, cold room.
