Government Funding program for PPS ( Parent Protective Service ) that mirrors the immunity of CPS.

We, the undersigned, call on the U.S. Senate and House of Representative to pass a comprehensive Federal Law that would protect parents from Parental/Guardian Abuse and would put more restrictive measures on those agencies whose job it is to protect children.

With all employees and agencies affiliated with the Department of Social Services, Child Protective Services, be evaluated with restrictions and guidelines that must be constitutional and humane.

In addition, we propose that further background checks be made on any childcare provider to ensure that they meet the qualifications to have children in their care. With a mandatory every six months of auditing facilities and open case files.

Finally, the following MANDATORY SENTENCES should be applied for anyone found guilty of abusing a child and their parents in any act of abuse:

* Immediate stop of Government funding for that county. Individuals will be prosecuted by law in a Federal hearing and charges based on felony offenses, there for appropriate disciplinary actions would be recommended by prosecution, with fines and or up to 10 years in prison.
