To aid in the recovery of our planet...
Signors of this petition agree that Hemp could alleviate environmental concerns, as well as produce products we've become accustomed to. Hemp was one of America's origional natural resources, and should be treated as such. Therefore, it is our opinion that implementing the use of hemp should be top priority. Past Hemp studies have produced nothing, and it is the responsibility of the government to provide all the best alternatives for our country.
Industrial Hemp could make enough products to provide it's usefulness.This is a list of some products that should be made from hemp.
textiles:
diapers, fabrics,denim, clothing, shoes, tarps, twine, rope, carpet, etc.
industrial products:
building materials, compression molded parts, caulking,
insulation, fiberglass alternative,cement blocks, stucco & mortar,
fiberboard, paints & thinners,varnishes, oil paints, putty, etc.
everyday uses: fuel,mulch, food supplements,soap, shampoo, bath gels, cosmetics, pet food, animal bedding, paper,plastics, etc.
