For UK citizens. Opposing the introduction of National ID cards, and committing signatories to civil disobedience in the event of their introduction.

We, the undersigned, being citizens of the United Kingdom;

(1.) Oppose any moves towards introducing national identity cards in the United Kingdom.

(2.) Commit ourselves, in the event of such cards being introduced, to refuse co-operation with their implementation.
