Put A PERMANENT BAN on all trophy hunting imports

Boris and others, trophy hunting does not help conservation. The money from trophy hunting does not go to conservation- it goes to the hunting operators. The local communities get nothing from it, they only get 3 to 5 percent of the revenue. Hunting reforms also do not work - more than 20 years ago, Tanzania called for its hunting industry to reform, but nothing has changed since then. Trophy hunters do not target the old, weak, sick, and the young, but the target the largest animals the ones with the largest overall body size, the largest tusks, the largest manes, the largest antlers, and the largest horns. Most hunting concessions in Africa are completely devoid of wildlife, including more than 70 percent in Tanzania and more than 30 percent in Zambia.
