Housing Opportunity Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland oppressing Section 8 voucher participants with Fair Housing Rights

Racial Disparity and Social injustice are widened in Montgomery County, Maryland. Most of the Section 8 participants in Montgomery County, Maryland are people of color, women, disabled, single parents, senior citizens due to disparities such as income, jobs opportunities, etc.

The Housing Opportunity Commission Executive Staff oppresses the voices, treat inhumanely and institutionalized Section 8 voucher participants by closing them in rooms with minimum air (as they suffer from claustrophobia) like prisoners, they are fraudulent by using former employees names on documents, retaliate against voucher holders who file fair housing complaints, violates ADAA accommodations, abuse their authority by sending letters and threaten voucher holders their housing subsidies to control them like dictators.

This is happening under both Democratic and Republican political leadership as they are aware this is happening in Montgomery County, Maryland. When a fair housing HUD complaint is filed it ends up under the jurisdiction of Maryland Commission on Civil Rights under the Attorney General Frosch who is aware and cover-up fair housing abuses. Therefore it is political and hidden these fair housing abuses that the people of color are experiencing basically under the Democratic leadership and it is a form of slavery oppression.

In America, lack of income should not prevent anyone from their rights to file a fair housing complaint and the right to receive a fair and impartial investigation regardless of their race, income, religion, etc. In the State of Maryland, under Attorney General Frosch, the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights conducts poor investigation, trash evidence and discriminates against the people of color, the poor, sexual assault victims and disabled regarding fair housing complaints. We must no longer support political corruption under any political party that impedes on certain Maryland class of people fair housing rights.
