Get clean water to people close to home. It could save their lives.

It's easy to take clean water for granted, unless you don't have any. Today, 785 million people use unsafe drinking water despite the risks. The consequences of poor access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene are wide reaching and can be deadly. In fact, diarrhoea - one of the many results of unsafe water - is the leading cause of death for children under 5.

But that's not all. In places that lack clean water, women and children bear the brunt of the burden of water collection - an arduous and often dangerous task. Time spent collecting water is time away from home, school and work limiting their education and putting their futures at risk.

Demand action to get clean water where it's needed most. Clean water can save lives.
