The Maryland Legislature will soon hear legislation proposing misguided, onerous price control regulations for prescription drugs in our state, with an upcoming hearing in the State Senate. Not only would such regulation undermine Maryland's critical innovation economy, that helps drive economic growth and employs tens of thousands of Marylanders, it would punish the patients who can least afford it by raising drug prices. Maryland's legislators need to hear from you!
