In the Aftermath of the Typhoon, Support Meaningful Aid for Animals

In the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan, government and major aid agencies are understandably overwhelmed and struggling to provide services to everyone in need. Based on the human toll and the destruction of infrastructure, we know that animals are in desperate need of help.

The government doesn't provide any relief for animals, so it is up to groups like Network for Animals to do what we can. While numerous animals will have died, the survivors will be in dire need of food and veterinary care. In many, many cases, our disaster relief teams will provide the only life saving help animals will get.

For the aid workers and staff, this is a trying time and they are putting their lives into helping these animals who are desperate for survival. Your support is critical, and will help keep them optimistic as they deal with the dire animal side of this disaster. Please sign this pledge today to tell Network for Animals aid workers that they have your confidence and support, and leave a comment to lift their spirits.
