Insist that the clocks on the clock tower at the Park Place Mall in Lethbridge, Alberta, be repaired

The clocks have not worked for well over fifteen years. They can be seen from many points in the downtown core and provide a landmark. Currently, looking at this focal point provides no pride and creates some considerable consternation as the viewer realizes that the time on the clocks is wrong. We want Downtown Lethbridge to insist that the owners of the mall either repair the clocks or replace the clocks with some sort of circular mural.
