Demand Prosecution of Barbara Pilchard for 25 (and Counting) Deaths on Maryland Horse Farm and those Officials That Aided and Abetted Her by Doing NOTHING When Notified Years Ago

Maryland sheriff discovers 25 dead horses, who were so desperate for food that they ate aluminum siding off the house
They were discovered at farm in Quantico belonging to Barbara Pilchard
They were in various states of decay and some had rotted all the way to the bone
Pilchard was charged with 100 counts of animal abuse in 1995, but never prosecuted.
Many complaints were filed over the years but never monitored. Other starving animals, such as cats, appear to also be on the property.
