Police  brutality is  at all time high.We the people think it's unfair that the police officers use excessive  force when not needed to the point of killing people that they took a oath to serve and protect .With a uniform webcam on the officers this put the police officer in the position to hopfuly to prevent the unecessary force.Being that there are being recorded.This wecam on there uniform should be mandatory if a cop is caught with it off dueing a encounter which results of a person getting hurt or even death.That officier should  be trail .And found guilty for not having his webcam on to film the encounter. .
