Let's Start an ANIMAL Offender Registry!

 Let's ask President Bush to start an Animal Offender Registry!  Harming animals are just as bad as harming children so let's start an animal offender registry.  Let the rescues, pet stores, and anybody who sells animals know who they don't want to sell these beautiful babies to.
            Help me make this happen by signing this petition.

Anyone that harms children or animals are all considered monsters.  Let's have everyone know just who these monsters are by having anybody convicted of animal abuse, neglect, fighting them, illegally hunting and killing any animal domestic or wild plastered on a flyer at your local pet stores, rescues, auctions or anywhere you might buy any animal or get a license to hunt them.  Take away their rights to have or hunt them because of what they did.  This would include an owner of a dog that attacks any person not on their property, which pretty much means the dog was running lose.  Let's get these people jail time, probation, community service, and/or large fines that may have half or more go towards animal organizations and rescues.
