Expense Reimbursement for the physical/health maintenance of pet dog of McCleese Tustin, incapacitated person

The petitioner, Debra Tustin, is seeking past and future reimbursements for costs associated with the physical care of her mother's pet dog
Sassy. The dog resides with Debra as her mother is in a personal care home in Fayette County. As Mrs. Tustin has been declared an incapacitated person by the Fayette County Court of Orphans, her guardian (Janet Teagarden) is responsible for her property, of which Sassy (McCleese's dog) is a part. Debra Tustin petitions the court to order Janet Teagarden to reimburse (on behalf of her ward, McCleese Tustin) her for dog food and pet pads necessary for Sassy's urinary and bowel needs, purchased as of this date, and to pay for future physical and medical needs.

Debra further petitions the court to order Janet Teagarden to reimburse the afore-mentioned petitioner for the cost of filing the petition and any court costs associated with adjudication of said petition out of her own funds, if found guilty of refusing to manage McCleese Tustin's property properly.
