Stand with St. Jude Patients like Tammy

Last summer during a family outing, Tammy complained that his head hurt, and he was hot to the touch. His parents thought he was having heat stroke.

But days turned into weeks and he wasn't feeling any better. He was in and out of the doctor's office, but nothing seemed to help. Finally, a CT scan revealed Tammy had a mass on his brain, identified as a type of brain tumor.

He underwent surgery at a local hospital immediately, during which the entire tumor was removed. Doctors in his hometown recommended Tammy undergo proton therapy, so the family was referred to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for his continuing treatment.

This is where you come in. You can help support brave children like Tammy.

"When my son was diagnosed with cancer, I prayed for more days with him," said his dad. "St. Jude has given us more than I prayed for."
