Tell Jed York: Stop Price-Gouging Your Fans

It cost an average of $640 for a family of four to attend a 49ers game last season. That's simply unaffordable for a huge percentage of fans. The league is leaving us behind.

At the same time, NFL owners keep getting richer. In 2014, the teams collectively earned an estimated $12 billion, making the NFL is the most lucrative sports league in the world.

Something's gotta give – and it shouldn't be fans' bank accounts. We don't have to sit back and take this anymore.

The Atlanta Falcons just took a big step in the right direction, slashing the cost of concessions to the lowest level among all major pro sports. As the team's CEO said, "We'll be able to feed a family of four at our games for $27."

The 49ers – and all NFL teams – should follow suit. Sign this petition telling Jed York to stop gouging fans with outrageous concession prices.
