s.l.e.d. is not enough! There should be a specific group created in each state that can investigate public officials such as cops e.m.s and fire dept employees when they violate a citizens constitutional rights

I'm a disabled veteran. I was exiled by these groups out of my community because of their fear of a veteran that has p.t.s.d. over ten years they have endangered my life and harassed me because of their strong ties they have. my complaints to s.l.e.d and other departments have done no good. their should a specific group created that can handle complaints. I am focusing on Congress to make a change.
