Help Keep Hope Alive in the Sahel Region

Crisis is looming in the Sahel region in Africa - but the question is, will the world stand up and take notice?

Latest reports suggest that nearly 13 million people will be affected in the Sahel region in the coming months. There are currently over 280,000 children undergoing treatment in Niger for severe malnourishment.

The situation is dire in the face of failed harvests and high grain prices that are fueling this crisis, but it will only become hopeless if we abandon the people of the Sahel region.

We need to act now to improve the nutrition levels of those who are most vulnerable and support programs like school feeding and food distribution.

Nearly thirteen million people are in urgent need of help surviving this year's failed harvests and drought. But will this be enough to make the world's media sit up and take notice?

Take a stand today: Pledge to spread the word and help keep hope alive for people of the Sahel region.
