Help Put True Criminals Away!!

We the undersigned would like you to change Matthew Kemps' punishment from a custodial sentence to a community service sentence.

Matthew is a non-violent, first time offender, who is using a space in prison that could be used by someone who is a true risk to the public. There have been many people who have been freed due to the recent overcrowding in prisons, yet are without a doubt a risk to others.

We feel that it is unjustified that Matthew is going to spend the next 3 years in prison, and cost us the taxpayer, �120,000, when he could be punished by putting back into the community.

Please let Matthew show his remorse by using his intelligence and skills to give back, rather than keep him in a place from where his mistakes originally stem.
