burros of oatman Az

recently the bureau of land management has decided our burros cant be fed carrots anymore. The stores cannot sell them and the tourists cannot feed them. Our burros have been eating carrots all their lives. Its what people come  here for. Not one of them has ever suffered from it. All of the deaths of our burros has been from speeding cars. Not carrots. Its hurt the business of our town and its hurt the burros. They have become much more aggressive because of this action. This is why they have always come here. They have been fed for the last 25 years and 2 years ago we lost our oldest who was 26 and died from a drunk driver. Blm is trying to control us. We feel they dont have the right. All our burros are very healthy. And they have told us we can only have 10 at a time. That also is not fair when we have a thousand people in town trying to feed 10 burros. We feel they should leave us alone and let us tend to our herd. But they feel the burros belong to them.And they can control what we do. We need your help. Blm will not listen to us.  What can we do? Please let blm know how you feel.
