To make it a fineable and or criminal offense to hit or strike a domestic pet with a vehicle and leave the scene.
 
As of now it is not required by law in Massachusetts to report domestic animal hit and run.  By signing this petition we are requesting that the state of Massachusetts provide domestic pets with protection and make it a fineable and or criminal offense to leave the scene after striking or hitting a domestic pet.
