Fair Capitol Gains Tax Reform Act

We beleive that no individual who earns less than $200,000 in gross annual salary should be forced to pay  Capital  Gains taxes.

It is unAmerican to penalize  Normal Average Americans for having investment success.

The government does not give us a refund if we lose money on our investments, they should not be allowed to tax us, after taking our already taxed, already earned money, and putting it into a risky  investment, only to be taxed once  again if we are fortunate enough to have success.

I know that the vast majority of Americans agree with this, and it is now time for us to take action.

To eliminate the capitol gains tax, will give normal people a sense of security while investing our hard earned money.

Also, this will not only provide security, but will truly stimulate our economy and the stock market in a way we have not seen in a very long time.

So join me, and sign this petition, leave your contact information in detail please if you are a California resident, as i will be gathering 540,000 signatures from my fellow Californian Americans to get our measure heard next election year in my great state of California.
