You should sign this petition because it was o.k. during the 1920's to use racism and profiling to scare people into making marijuana illegal by saying that the use of it would make black men rape white women, which was just a ploy the wood paper industry used to bankrupt the hemp paper industry but since the passage of the Civil Rights Act it is illegal to use that kind of argument to discriminate against the black men and the hemp paper industry. There has not been any statistical evidence to back up the wood paper industry's claims that this is the case with black men smoking marijuana and raping white women as a normal practice. This is why I feel that marijuana should be legalized.
