Punish Animal Abusers

Sure when someone is charged and convicted with cruelty towards animals they receive jail time and fines.  To me, that is not enough.  When someone harms/kills or hurts a human for example the charges are much more outstanding.   Animals are here on this earth just like us, they have hearts and feelings, if someone hurts or kills them they should be punished just as if they hurt a human.  Please sign this and let's be the voice for those who only can meow,bark,etc. And let's be serious Michael Vick is getting his own reality show? This needs to stop, If we all come together we can make a change!PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD ON THIS PETITION! I want to mail to the governor of Florida!Thank you.
