Help Keep Scott Fiske In Prison
Were trying to stop a man who killed another out of cold blood from getting his already low sentence to even lower, please help.
Scott Fiske was conviceted of murdering my brother in-law Joshua Lunn on October 9th 2008. He recieved Manslaughter in the 2nd Degree. He recieved the maximum sentence of 5-15 years. Prior to being convicted Scott Fiske was released on $5,000 bail. How does a man who stabs another man in his chest twice, who confuses to the crime and is found with the murder weapon on his person get release on bail. To stalk the woman of the man he killed, to hang around outside of her home, an watch the family Joshua morn. The police department as well as the States Attorney's Office did nothing to portect the family from this man. Scott Fiske was also caught with drugs, an still only recieved 5-15 years. Only Binghamton would let a man get away with murder if hes so called helping them with another case. What kind of justice is this. Now Scott Fiske is applying for an appeal, to get his time reduced. We need the help of everyone in the community an the surrounding areas to assist in keeping this horrible man in prison for as long as we can.
