Keep children with family members.

My petition started in Oct. 2009, Regarding Grandparents rights in TN. This is to continue regarding family wanting the children back and wanting custody. Mom and dad are unstable, but have an uncle and aunt who want custody and DCS continues to give them a hard time. Says their concerns are mom having easy access the the children. So what, they are supervised by family and the children could still love and know their mother. We want no money to take care of them, though, DCS wants to pay foster care. The US is in a crisis and there is no money anymore for our future. Please sign petition and fight for the rights for the children and the family to take these children back into our family.
