Nancy Pelosi Make It Rain Champagne Room Resolution
WE, THE AMERICAN TAXPAYER, seeing as how we have no recourse over the way our tax dollars are spent, hereby request that the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, to MAKE IT RAIN. We feel it is reasonable to request this, given our expected contributions. America is now in the Champagne Room.
WHEREAS, we understand we will not see our confiscated tax dollars work for us
AND
WHEREAS, we are specifically targeted by egregious tax bills with no course to petition our government for redress of grievances
AND
WHEREAS we can expect neither value for our coerced extractions nor representation for our taxes
WE HEREBY resolve that these conditions are similar to high-end burlesque establishments, and in according to the established traditions therein, where one can expect to pay an enormous amount of money for little in return WE, THE AMERICAN TAXPAYER, simply wish to hear Nancy Pelosi promise to MAKE IT RAIN!
MAKE IT RAIN, Madam Speaker.

We, the undersigned, realize that Congress has no intent of honoring the oath undertaken to uphold the ideals of the United States, nor of honoring the restrictions on federal authority contained within the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
We understand full well that we pay and receive nothing but empty promises, like so many champagne rooms across this great nation. In keeping with that spirit, we only ask that you make us feel like we're getting something in return. Please take a note from the many fine strippers and dancers in this great land and, in a national forum or House Resolution, promise to MAKE IT RAIN!
