Save the ICP Philosophy

Below are the signatures of DECA area community members and Dekalb County residents who support the Interactive Community Policing Philosophy.  We urge the Dekalb Police Department to commit an ICP Officer on a full time basis to active communities who participate in Neighborhood Watch.

ICP has made a substantial difference cleaning up criminal activity in our area.  Continued, consistent and sustained attention must be given to the area to decrease the foot hold the criminal element has on our community.  Only with the Dekalb Police Department's commitment to ICP does our community have hope of reversing this trend. This is our appeal for the Dekalb County Police to commit to our community's success by honoring the promise of a full time ICP Officer's presence.
