Support Brycen Clarke
This Petition was started to provide you with a way to 'sign' your support. Together we'll be able to generate a document that can be presented to the appelate court of Nova Scotia. Your signature won't prove Brycen's innocence, but will show that you know that what's being done to Brycen is wrong.

On May 26th, 2009, Brycen Clarke will be sentenced for a crime he did not commit. Despite the fact that seven witnesses came forward on his behalf to tell the court that Brycen was not there, and therefore not involved, the judge in the case determined that NOT one of the witnesses for the defense was credible. As a result Brycen is convicted on the testimony of one drunken party-goer.
No one believes or would expect that this could happen to them. This is a nightmare of ridiculous proportion and Brycen has quietly maintained his dignity throughout. I am So proud of him!
Please tell your friends and urge them to join this group. Let Brycen know, that we know, how wrong this is and that you support him in this fight.
