To Help Children being abused and neglecked in C.P.S change

My son died in foster care because of neglect. My son did'nt get to experince how wonderful life is. He was not checked up on for a 11 hours. This foster mom was in her 70's and had two other young children in her home. My son died two weeks befor his second birthday. We need to change the laws with C.P.S., Children are dieing every year in this system. I am not saying we don't need them, but they are taking unabused children away from there familys.I don't want another child going under looked, like my poor son Craig.Please sigh this petition to make a differnce. Also look for the  petiton to have "October 22 Victims of Child Welfare Memorial Day." Change all the laws and redo them them
