SUPPORT FAMILIES WHO ARE VICTIMIZED BY DCFS

DCFS railroads many good parents whose children are removed from their homes based upon such vague criteria as "Environment Injurious." This inadequately defined charge was recently struck down by the Supreme Court...a major victory for The Family Defense Center.

We are calling for a reinvestigation of cases who were convicted of this vaguely defined "crime." It has been found to have been used to discriminate against the impoverished and ethnic minority families of the American people.
